Why do school districts not want you to wear pajama pants in school?

I love pajama pants. I like them because they feel very comfortable. I normally just like to wear them around the house, but i was wanting to try to wear them in school for once. So why do the district’s not want you to wear them in school. And the ones I want to wear are either ca-mo or blue and black plaid.

The reason is because pajama pants look sloppy in their opinion. They don’t want to look bad and make it seem as if their students are lazy people and want to maintain a good image. Basically, they just don’t want you to look sloppy so that it won’t look bad on them (image/reputation wise)
