Sleeve Sweater

What should i wear under this short sleeve sweater?
I just bought this sweater and i’m not sure what to wear under it. I want it to be able to keep me warm. It is in the brown color (heater butterscotch)

I have a friend who bought the same sweater. She wore it really different by wearing a long sleeved shirt, very simple plain with no cuffs, underneath. I would wear a cream or light gray long sleeve underneath!
