Exercise For Life Means Parenting With Purpose
When it comes to parenting your children most people know that you must walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Do what I say and not what I do is not great parenting. Living your life by your actions sends a message with impact.
Parents lead by example. You cannot stand outside without gloves, hat, and coat in the snow but expect your kids listen to you insist they bundle up. Children will commit to healthy foods, buckling up in the auto, and other behaviors they see their parents demonstrate.
